We've talked many times about breathwork.
The benefits are endless. And the effects are both short-term and long-term.
Why don't we practice? Why does it seem so foreign to us?
Perhaps we don't really understand breathing.
Perhaps we are overloaded with quick and easier feel-better tips.
But in this deep winter time, a few practices are likely to bring great benefit.
In all of the striving toward resolutions and change, perhaps set a simpler intention.
One that includes a calm abiding in the midst of real life.
A pause with breath.
