Stephanee’s work as a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist allowed me to assess information about my personal issue that was hiding in my body. Her gentle, nurturing, skilled approach made it safe for me to explore those hidden areas and empowered me to step into the truth of the situation, gain insight and then let it go. I am grateful for her work, it is life enhancing.
Stephanee is an exceptional yoga therapist who incorporates the teachings in her everyday life. If you are interested in exploring yoga therapy, I would certainly recommend working with her.
The truly restorative experience in the Serenity Sunday class is invaluable. Stephanee has the pulse of the group members and always comes extensively prepared with: yoga practice that soothes; a hands-on activity promoting community among participants; personal introspection opportunities; and goodies to boot! Her approach is supportive and nurturing. Every class leaves me feeling Aaaaah!
